How to Assemble the Bottom of SVG Santa Gift Box Set
Cut each piece. Assemble the box base and lid according to the Basic SVG Box Assembly Instructions.
Glue the two small black pieces on the front of the box base to represent Santa’s two boots.
Glue the larger 3 black pieces on the other 3 sides of the box.
Glue the two small white strips at the top of the two small black strips to represent his pant trim.
Glue the other 3 pant trim white strips above the other 3 black strips.
Glue a coat trim white strip on the side of the box lid and repeat with the other 3 strips on the other sides of the box lid.
Glue the small white square on the front side of the box lid in the center right above the white strip for the coat trim to resemble the center of Santa’s coat.
How To Assemble the Middle of SVG Santa Box Set
Cut each piece and assemble the box base and lid according to the Basic SVG Box Assembly Instructions.
Glue the white strip for the center of Santa’s coat in the center of the front of the box base.
Glue the small white square in the center of the front of the box lid.
Take one black strip and insert it through the yellow buckle.
Glue the belt and buckle on the front of the box base.
Glue one black strip on the remaining three sides of the box base in line with the front belt strip.
The arms are cut as separate pieces so you can assemble them for your desired position.
Glue the arms to the sides of the box lid. Making sure the lid is facing down as it would sit on the box base.
How to Assemble the Head of SVG Santa Box Set
Cut each piece and assemble the box base and lid according to the Basic SVG Box Assembly Instructions.
Glue the small red oval behind the opening in the beard to resemble Santa’s lips.
Glue the eyes on the front side of the box lid.
Put the lid on the box base, so you can determine where you would like his nose.
Glue the mustache at the top of the beard.
Glue the mustache and beard under the nose. (There is a dip in the mustache where the nose should fit.)
How to Assemble SVG Santa Hat
Cut each piece and assemble the box base and lid according to the Basic SVG Box Assembly Instructions.
Santa Hat – OPTION ONE – The easier and quicker version
Glue a triangle to the side of the box lid. (Make sure the lid is facing down to sit on the box base.) The bottom of the triangle will line up with the bottom of the side of the box lid.
Glue the white hat trim to the bottom of the triangle.
Glue the white circle to the top tip of the triangle.
Santa Hat – OPTION 2 – 3D Santa Hat
Fold along the dotted lines on each triangle.
The two triangles with the extra side tabs will attach to opposing sides of the box lid. For example: side 1 and side 3. (Make sure the box lid is facing down to sit on the box base.) The bottom of the triangles will line up with the bottom side of the lid.
Attach the remaining two triangles to the remaining two opposing sides.
Put glue on the triangle tabs then press the regular triangles on to those so they are flat and line up along the edges. (The tip of the two triangles that had the side tabs will stick up slightly above the two regular triangles.) You can glue those two tips together for extra support while it is drying.
Glue the white trim around the bottom sides of the lid.
Glue the two circles at the tip of the two opposing triangles.
